  • Position:Lead - Projects Finance and Commercial

    Job Designation: Asst. Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager/ Sr. Manager

    Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

    Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

    Qualification: Graduate preferably B.Com/M.Com and CA (must)

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Supervision of Accounting Entries of Petty Cash/Establishment Expenses/Sales Bills/ Purchase Bills/Contractor Bills/Other Project Related Expenses/Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors/Inter Unit Accounts.
    • Scrutiny and finalization Data for Goods and Service Tax returns (GST).
    • Finalization and circulation of Financial Data for MIS Reports/P&L to relevant stake holders as per target dates
    • Monitor and Circulate Cash and Funds Flow of Each EPC project as per estimates and actuals along with action plan for achieving.
    • Monitor and Circulate Project wise Tender Estimates vs. Actuals on month to month basis for timely decisions.
    • Ensure All financial reporting circulation calendar are achieved on month to month basis.
    • Identify the Training needs of Team members and help with nomination of training internal or external.

    Experience: Minimum 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in handling EPC projects.

    Other requisites:

    • Thorough knowledge of Finance, Commercial, Taxation and Statutory Compliance.
    • Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
    • Experience of working on ERP and Tally exposure.
    • Previous experience in handling EPC project is a mandatory requirement.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Arranging contractor and Transformer installation at client site and verifying the test results.
    • Attend and address customer’s technical complaints in a time bound manner.
    • Providing clarifications to customer’s queries.
    • Responsible for maintaining Service documentation like (RCA, CAPA, MOM yearly complains Index)
    • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report to management including any critical issues.

  • Position:Lead – Talent Acquisition

    Experience: 6 – 7 years

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage end to end recruitment.

    • Prepare annual manpower plans based on the business projections. Interact closely with the BU Heads for this.

    • Develop a long term effective sourcing model to ensure an optimal channel mix and cost of hiring.

    • Provide inputs on the long term talent availability of the company and recommend capability building initiatives aimed at strengthening the current talent pool

    • Benchmarks recruitment practices and adopt the best practices from industry.

    • Formulate, review and update the recruitment policy SOPs.

    • Provide inputs to the compensation team based on observed market practices and ensure all salary offers made are competitive and in line with salary bands.

    • Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruitment and also facilitate brand building and attracting candidates.

    • Review the confirmation ratings of the new hires to understand the quality of recruitment – to highlight specific trends to the CHRO.

  • Position:Executive Assistant to MD

    Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional executive services to the MD and maintain high
      levels of confidentiality

    • Assist MD in Strategic & Operational Planning for project execution.

    • Research on strategic business development and designing various plans
      for improving the business.

    • Monitoring and managing the Budget. Assisting in finance and budget
      preparation.

    • Brief MD on all meetings collates relevant papers/documents and ensures
      proper filing.

    • Analyze the gaps in the Business operating plans in filling the gaps.

    • Manage and develop MIS which can be retrieved in a timely manner
      when required by the director.

    • Prioritize the needs, handle critical matters proactively and regular
      follow-up the project and completion of it within deadlines.

  • Position:Team member – Procurement

    Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

    Reporting to: Lead – Procurement

    Qualification: Bachelor Degree preferably Engineering in Electrical Engineering

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Taking quotations from different vendors. Ensure that comparison
      Statements are prepared as per standard operating procedures.

    • Finding new/ alternate vendors.

    • Verifying all the vendor’s statutory documents before vendor’s
      registration.

    • Preparing purchase order for all units and sending the same to
      respective vendor.

    • Ensure timely procurement is done as per the indent received from
      all plant locations.

    • Keep a track record of all issued purchase order and follow up for
      dispatch of the procured material and ensure timely delivery.

    • Keeping record of indent received from factory and updating the
      status.

    • Monitor vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the
      technical and commercial specifications required.

    • Evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality.

    • Coordinate with factories to ensure adequate stock levels.

    • Track both the movement of raw materials and subcontracted goods
      sent to the factory and confirmation of receipt from factory.

    • Work closely with suppliers to ensure effective support.

    • Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as
      per ISO.

    • Contribution to the process of purchase planning and develop
      materials department plans.

    • Assist in identifying the appropriate source selection for materials,
      services, considering cost, quality and reliability.

    • Record all inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources
      for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or
      appropriate referrals.

    • Provide details to Lead for negotiate and finalize half yearly/yearly
      rate contracts with suppliers, service providers.

    • Implement SOPs and systems to be followed to ensure optimum
      stock level are always maintained.

    • Prepare report of timely receipt of material as per purchase order
      terms and ensure LD (liquidity damages) is deducted wherever
      applicable.

    • Ensure all the procured invoices should be submitted to Finance and
      Accounts Department with supporting documents and approvals.

    • Weekly/ Fortnightly visit to plant location.

    • Vendor visits as per the requirements.
