  • Position: Team Member – Plant Operations

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing unit 

    Location: Kherdi – Unit 1

    Reporting to: Lead – Talent Operations

    Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA specialized in HR 

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Execute a long term IR strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with all Applicable Statutory matters pertaining to HR and provide guidance to the Business Units on all such matters.
    • Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant through 2-way communication and employee involvement.
    • Act as a key member of the Plant Operation Team and provide the necessary coaching and guidance to Supervisors for an effective working environment.
    • To attend and resolve day-to-day grievances of employees.
    • Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in collaboration with Head of Manufacturing Unit and CHRO.
    • Coordination with all the departments and providing assistance regarding matter pertaining to labor related and administrative issues.
    • Responsible for executing both internal and external audits like Customer Audit, ISO, OHSAS, Labour Audit, PF Inspection Audit.
    • To update and maintain daily IR report and consolidate the same for monthly IR/ HR reports required to be submitted Senior Management. 
    • Handle grievances of employees for ensuring zero man-days loss.
    • Employee engagement framework sheet to be made as and execute as per factory level including staff and workers.
    • Training & development record to be made and as per the plan it should be executed.
  • Position: Team Member – Marketing

    Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 year of relevant experience

    Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office

    Reporting to: Lead – Marketing

    Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA specialized in Marketing

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
    • Partner with respective BU Heads to drive the product enhancement initiatives for the existing products and strengthen brand compliance
    • Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans
    • Manage promotional activities to endorse products.
    • Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings
    • Manage Revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools. 
    • Cross functional interaction to drive destination
  • Position: Lead - Finance And Accounts

    Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience

    Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office

    Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

    Qualification: Chartered Accountant or ICWA

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Revenue: Monitor the revenue progression and validate the reasons for swings and suggest ways to improve lowering trends.
    • Account Receivables: Detailed review of Account Receivables, aging, reconciliation with Customers statements and settlements, liaison with banks and customers, ensuring that the receivables are realized in time.
    • Cash Management: Prepare and monitor cash flow on monthly basis and discuss and share with CFO.
    • Account Payables: Detailed review of Account Payables, aging, reconciliation with vendor’s statements and settlements, liaison with banks and vendors, processing of Advance payments etc. o Finalization of Accounts and audit. Consolidation of Accounts of subsidiary companies.
    • MIS Reporting: Detailed review of MIS reports for the management to take effective decisions on monthly basis.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparation of feasible Budgets based on the realistic assumptions, historical data and variance analysis.
    • Liaison with Auditors, Statutory Compliances. o Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. No penalty to be levied due to non payment or late payment of statutory dues.
    • Arranging of working Capital Finance. o Continuously evaluating the existing process and reviewing them with the growing need of the business.

    Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

    Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office

    Reporting to: Lead – Finance, Accounts & Commercial - EPC

    Qualification: Graduate preferably B.Com/M.Com

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Scrutiny of Purchase, Contractor Bills as per PO issued terms and conditions.
    • Updation of Purchase and Erection Contractor data file for better tracking of Material supplied and Erection Quantity done for billing on client.
    • Scrutiny of Goods and Service Tax Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly returns.
    • Updating Outstanding Receivables/Collection Data on Centralized folder.
    • Accurate Preparation and Submission of Tax Invoices, Commercial Invoices and RA bills to Customers as per due dates.
    • Tracking of Pending Billing on Customer for payment realization.
    • Scrutiny of Reconciliation of purchase vs. sales and contractors bills vs. erection billing.
    • Scrutiny of Monthly Stock statement
    • Updation and Tracking of Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees statement for better monitoring of Non funds based limit.

  • Position:Team Member - Services

    Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Arranging contractor and Transformer installation at client site and verifying the test results.
    • Attend and address customer’s technical complaints in a time bound manner.
    • Providing clarifications to customer’s queries.
    • Responsible for maintaining Service documentation like (RCA, CAPA, MOM yearly complains Index)
    • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report to management including any critical issues.
