  • Position: Team Member – Talent Operation

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing unit 

    Location: Kherdi – Unit 1

    Reporting to: Lead – Talent Operations

    Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA specialized in HR 

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Execute a long term IR strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with all Applicable Statutory matters pertaining to HR and provide guidance to the Business Units on all such matters.
    • Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant through 2-way communication and employee involvement.
    • Act as a key member of the Plant Operation Team and provide the necessary coaching and guidance to Supervisors for an effective working environment.
    • To attend and resolve day-to-day grievances of employees.
    • Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in collaboration with Head of Manufacturing Unit and CHRO.
    • Coordination with all the departments and providing assistance regarding matter pertaining to labor related and administrative issues.
    • Responsible for executing both internal and external audits like Customer Audit, ISO, OHSAS, Labour Audit, PF Inspection Audit.
    • To update and maintain daily IR report and consolidate the same for monthly IR/ HR reports required to be submitted Senior Management. 
    • Handle grievances of employees for ensuring zero man-days loss.
    • Employee engagement framework sheet to be made as and execute as per factory level including staff and workers.
    • Training & development record to be made and as per the plan it should be executed.
  • Position: Team Member – Marketing

    Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 year of relevant experience

    Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office

    Reporting to: Lead – Marketing

    Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA specialized in Marketing

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
    • Partner with respective BU Heads to drive the product enhancement initiatives for the existing products and strengthen brand compliance
    • Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans
    • Manage promotional activities to endorse products.
    • Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings
    • Manage Revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools. 
    • Cross functional interaction to drive destination
