  • Position:Key Accounts Manager

    Job Designation: Key Accounts Manager

     

    Location: Baroda

     

    Reporting to: Business Development Head

     

    Qualification: Preferably Diploma in Engineering / Science Graduate.

     

    Roles & Responsibilities:

     

    • To achieve own sales target & regional sales target. 
    • Forecast Sales/Submission of Order Expected Reports on time. 
    • Ensure On time Payment collection, technical or commercial clarification/follow up. 
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and feedback to senior management.
    • Doing a correct mapping of the region. 
    • Identifying new Dealers/agents for increasing market penetration. 
    • Increasing approvals from DISCOMs / private EPC for Trafo. 
    • Use market intelligence, sales data, business projections, and other relevant information to identify and tap new business areas. 
    • Major competitor knowledge and regular feedback to CO about market scenario. 
    • Collect and review regional reports and statistics to determine progress and status in attaining targets and suggest course corrections. 
    • To strictly follow the policies and the process defined by the company. 
    • Building KRYFS Branding and positioning by demonstrating great customer service.

     

    Other Responsibilities :

    • Management of the team effectively.
    • Groom sales team in order to develop second level.

  • Position:Team Member – Sales

    Job Designation: Team Member – Sales

    Type : Local

    Location: Kolkata & Bangalore

    Reporting to: Key Account Manager

    Qualification: Preferably Diploma in Engineering / Science Graduate.

    • To achieve assigned sales target.

    • To give regular inputs for monthly and quarterly sales reports to KAM.
    • Doing a correct mapping of the region.
    • Assisting in identifying new Dealers/agents for increasing market penetration to respective KAM.
    • Assisting in increasing approvals from DISCOMs / private EPC for Trafo.
    • To provide regular feedback to KAM about market.
    • To strictly follow the policies and the process defined by the company.
    • Building KRYFS Branding and positioning by demonstrating great customer service.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • To assist in tender formalities wherever required.

  • Position:Team Member - Services

    Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

    Location: Bihar

    Reporting to: Lead – Lead - Services

    Reported by : Individual contribution role

    Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Arranging contractor and Transformer installation at client site and verifying the test results.
    • Attend and address customer’s technical complaints in a time bound manner.
    • Providing clarifications to customer’s queries.
    • Responsible for maintaining Service documentation like (RCA, CAPA, MOM yearly complains Index)
    • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report to management including any critical issues.

    • Document Submission & Payment Follow
